Thank you so much to the Hale and Woodgreen Horticultural Society for the really generous donation to Horatio’s Garden charity following the society members opening their gardens recently – what a fantastic number of gardens to open and I am so grateful for your support. I hope the members and their visitors all enjoyed a wonderful day! Your gift will help us to improve the lives of everyone affected by spinal injuries by creating thriving gardens in all the NHS’s eleven spinal injury centres. The garden environments away from the wards are an important place for physical and psychological rehabilitation for people facing life changing injuries and long stays in hospital. I cannot thank you enough for sharing Horatio’s vision and helping us to bring these amazing projects to life.
